Returns & Exchanges

Return Procedure:

Return shipping is free, provided that the Product being returned is located in the United States (not including US territories). Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you want to return a Product within the applicable Product’s Trial Period after your receipt, please follow the instructions below:

  • 1. Log into your account or click "Start A Return" above.
  • 2. Select return items from your order history and select the item(s) you would like to return.
  • 3. Follow the prompt and confirm the return request.
  • 4. We will review your return request and send you an approval or denial confrimation email based on the return conditions within 48 business hours.
  • 5. If your return is approved, you will receive an e-mail containing a complimentary return shipping label (or subsidized for international orders) for you to apply to the box.
  • 6. Please place the Product(s) you would like to return, in the box, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop off the box at your nearest coresponding carrier location.
  • 7. All returns must be delivered to UPS or Postal Service (per applicable label) prior to the expiration of the applicable Product’s Trial Period. Please obtain a recipet of the drop off, and keep in your records until the retunr has been fully processed.
  • 8. Slumber Cloud will process a refund within 72 hours of receipt of the product. If the product is not delivered, Slumber Cloud will not issue a refund until it has been received.
     

Return Conditions. The following conditions also apply to Product returns:

  • - Return request must be submitted before the end of the Product Trial Period (60 days)
  • - Products must be in a donatable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors).
  • - Products may not be returned from outside the United States or Canada.
  • - You are responsible for ensuring that the return is dropped off at the carrier correctly by obtaining a return shipping receipt
  • - Customers may return or exchange a maximum of two (2) of each particular Product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address (i.e. please try a Product first—we are happy to send you more later!)
  • - If at least one of a particular Product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional Trial Periods on subsequent orders of that particular Product (e.g. if you return or exchange a Pillow, you will not be eligible for the applicable Trial Period, returns, or exchanges on future Pillow orders).
  • - If the incorrect item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the correct item, as well as the shipping cost if you want the incorrectly returned item sent back to you.


Exchange Procedure:

We are happy to help exchange your item(s), including matching sale pricing if the new item(s) were on sale at the time of original purchase. Exchange shipping is free, provided that the Product being returned is located in the United States (not including US territories). Exchange orders will be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and reviewed. If the new item(s) costs more that the amount being refunded, you will receive an invoice to cover the difference, which must be paid before the exchange item(s) are shipped. If you wish to exchange a Product within the applicable Product’s Trial Period after your receipt, the fastest and easiest way is to call our customer support line at (855) 241-5495 between 8am and 4pm MST. Otherwise, please submit the exchange request form below and we will follow up via email within 48 business hours.

FAQ

All products, except "final sale" items, sold on the Slumber Cloud website come with a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Sleep on it, wash it, and really test it out - If you are not fully satisfied with your new bedding you can return or exchange the item(s) within 60 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. A refund will be issued, within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Please note that we are not able to process returns for items listed as Final Sale or past the 60 day return period.

All shipping fees for domestic returns are completely free! When you initiate a return through our returns platform, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to get the item back to us.

If you live outside the US and are looking to initiate a return, please note you will be responsible for the creating your own shipping return label as well as the return shipping fees.

Typically refunds are processed within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving the returned product(s).

For store credit and exchanges, refunds or exchange shipments will be processed within 48 hours of the initial return being received at our warehouse.
