"Following the instructions I washed the sheets before use as directed. I took them out of the dryer and there were strange skinny stains as if getting caught somewhere. After using them a few days, I washed again in cold water, delicate and cool dried them. A few more linear marks. I have never had this happen with any other laundry. They are cool to the touch initially, but do not stay cool. I would return them but with the strange marks, I cannot. I am so disappointed!"
"I have order 3 sets of sheets over the years and no problem the problem now is they don’t do essential sheets anymore so tried 2 sets paid Canada almost 800 dollars to them and when I was loyal found out they were not,can’t return which I have never done before and they don’t care so the moral is I’m loyal they are not,never again will I order from them or recommend them (another one who takes) so unsatisfied"
"The Tencil sheets are incredibly soft and do in fact sleep cooler than even cotton sheets and decidedly coooler than microfiber sheets. Another plus is that the bottom sheets stay put which is a nice additional plus to the sheets."

"Sheets offer a wonderful softness with cooling. When spending 40% of your life in bed these sheets are worth it. I'm curious to see how long they last as they are made of Tencel. When I want another set of Summer sheets I will buy Slumber Cloud. The only negatives are the King flat sheet is a bit shorter than all my other sheets and I have a regular king that is not deep. They do shrink some too."

"Not sure who I talk to at slumber cloud we were very excited to receive your bed sheets . But unfortunately they didn’t preform for us at all. At no time did they cool us off at night my wife whom I affectionately call Mrs Hot 🥵 sleeper said that it was a nice try. She handed me back the sheets after 3 days of trying them . So I tried them for four days and nothing. Oh well. I don’t think that we will be buying more of them anytime soon. Thank you for asking Charles Hardy"
