Care Instructions

Basic Care:
Inner memory foam core is not machine washable. Remove the outer cotton cover. Machine wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors only. Do not use fabric softener. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat until completely dry. Remove from dryer immediately. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Will this make my mattress feel much softer?

This topper is designed to provide a Medium feel (roughly a 5/10 on the firmness scale). It is the perfect solution for a mattress that feels too firm or has lost its "cloud-like" comfort. The 2-inch thickness provides significant pressure relief for your hips and shoulders without that "quicksand" feeling that makes it hard to roll over.

How do I keep the topper from sliding around?

We’ve solved the common "topper creep" issue by including heavy-duty adjustable elastic straps on all four corners. These straps are designed to fit securely under mattresses up to 16 inches deep. Once tucked under the corners of your bed, the topper stays perfectly aligned with your mattress, even if you are an active sleeper.

Is there a "new foam" smell when I first open it?

Because our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified, it is made without harmful chemicals and heavy metals, significantly reducing odors. Like any new product, there may be a very slight "fresh foam" scent upon unboxing. This is non-toxic and typically dissipates within 24–48 hours in a well-ventilated room.

How long does the topper take to set up?

Because your topper is vacuum-sealed for freshness and easier shipping, it needs a little time to "breathe" once unboxed. We recommend letting the foam expand on a flat surface for up to 48 hours before its first use. This ensures the gel-infused cells fully open up to provide the maximum cooling and support promised.
